Training

Our group runs include a wide range of paces and distances. Runners of all levels are welcome!

We currently host two weekly runs (checkout Meetup for full details and updates):

  1. Saturday Morning Long Run in Boston at 7:30 AM: We’ll typically have routes of 3-5 miles and 8-12 miles. Paces / pace groups typically range from 7 – 9 minute miles (though we welcome all paces). Routes wander from Somerville to Cambridge and across Boston to keep it interesting. We start at Brewers Fountain on the Boston Common, please RSVP on Meetup for details.
  2. Track Workouts: Now that the weather’s warmed up, we’ve started meeting up for track workouts on Tuesday mornings at the Harvard Stadium track or the MIT track at Steinbrenner Stadium. Location and workouts will be updated on Meetup week by week.

We develop training plans for members training for events ranging from the 5k to the marathon. Please see our coaches page for information on our coaches – Andrew Kuo, David Parkinson and Adam Forkner.
